Happy Thanksgiving everyone (one day early because I'm not going to be on here tomorrow)!!
November is a month that my family doesn't gloss over because Christmas is on the horizon. While I am certainly guilty of getting overly excited for all things Christmas, we don't decorate for the next celebration until at least the day after Thanksgiving. It shouldn't just be this month that I take time to be grateful, but I'm certainly reminded more often of having gratitude for the little things.
So, here are few of my little things.
I am grateful for the calm moments. And for those in my life who help me to have those moments.
I am grateful for the joy in these two. Their excitement over the simplest games in the yard or eating their favorite food. Especially when they tell me I'm a good cook! But their happiness makes me happy.
I am grateful for my business and EVERY SINGLE client that has helped shaped me as an artist.
I'm grateful for new adventures. Traveling to new places, moving to a new city, meeting new people, and trying new things.
I'm grateful that this is the guy I get to do all my adventures with. Thank you for believing in me, for being my assistant photog when I need help, and for making my margaritas when the days get a little tough.
